1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within up to 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time refers to the period required to verify, prepare and arrange your order for shipment. It is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside normal processing periods may begin processing on the next applicable business day.

In some circumstances, additional processing time may be required due to high order volumes, payment verification, product availability, security checks or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a material issue prevents us from processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided with your order.

2. Shipping Origin

NOLI operates internationally and works with suppliers, logistics providers and shipping carriers to fulfill orders.

Products may be dispatched from China.

The shipping origin of an order may therefore be different from NOLI's commercial address in the United Kingdom.

Our commercial address should not automatically be considered the shipping origin or return address for an order.

For returns, please follow the instructions provided in our Return & Refund Policy or contact us before sending any product.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:

12 to 20 days after shipment.

This means that our processing time of up to 2 business days is separate from the estimated delivery period.

For example, an order may first require processing and will then enter the estimated shipping and delivery period once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, except where we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law provides a specific delivery requirement.
